Orders and Shipping
Find the most common answers about checkout, delivery, customs, tracking and payment. For custom products or bulk orders, send us the product name and destination so we can confirm details accurately.
Select the product location that matches the item you want to buy. If several locations are available, choose the one closest to your delivery address or contact VVELIKE before checkout so we can confirm the best option.
Open the product page, choose the required option or quantity, add the item to cart, review the cart details, then complete the checkout form with your shipping and payment information.
Shipping terms depend on the product size, order quantity, delivery country and current promotion. The final shipping arrangement will be confirmed during checkout or quotation.
Import duties, taxes and customs clearance fees may be charged by the destination country. These charges are normally paid by the buyer unless a different trade term is confirmed in writing.
USD is used as the standard settlement currency for international orders. Your bank or payment provider may convert the amount into your local currency and may apply its own exchange rate.
Delivery time depends on the destination, shipping method, product stock and customs processing. Small parcel orders usually move faster, while large inflatable products may need extra handling time.
You can submit an inquiry or complete checkout with your contact details. Creating an account may make it easier to review order information, saved addresses and future communication.
After shipment is arranged, we will provide a tracking number or shipping update by email or message. Tracking updates may take some time to appear after the carrier receives the parcel.
Contact VVELIKE as soon as possible. Orders can usually be changed before production, packing or shipment begins. Once an order has shipped, changes may be limited by carrier rules.
Available payment methods may include card payment, PayPal, bank transfer or other agreed payment options. The supported method will be confirmed at checkout or during quotation.
